Privacy Policy

Who we are. The StellarFirm waitlist is run by Astro Code L.P., the controller of the data described here. Contact us at hey@astrocode.tech.

What we collect. Your email address and, if you choose to give it, your company name. We do not ask for payment details to join. When you join we also record the time of your sign-up, the version of the consent wording you agreed to (waitlist-consent-v1-2026-10-02), and whether you ticked the marketing and Terms checkboxes. In our own logs your email appears only as a one-way hash. If you arrived through a link with a ref or utm_* parameter, that campaign label is stored with your sign-up once you have ticked both checkboxes.

Why, and on what basis. We email you about the StellarFirm waitlist, trial invites, early pricing, and product updates. This rests on your consent, which you give with the marketing checkbox. The Terms checkbox is separate. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hey@astrocode.tech.

Who processes it for us.

• Resend stores your contact details and sends our emails (email provider and processor).
• PostHog provides product analytics (processor) for EU project 292135. We use it for a small set of events on the waitlist page: page view, first interaction with the form, ticking a checkbox, and sign-up success or error. We also ask it which roles are available (feature flags). Before you tick both checkboxes these events are anonymous, carry no campaign attribution, and set no cookie or local storage. After a successful consented sign-up we link the events to a pseudonymous id derived from a hash of your email, together with your campaign label and consent version. We never send your email address or company name to PostHog. We do not use session recording or autocapture.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long. We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and consent records for as long as needed to show that consent was given.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hey@astrocode.tech. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

This site is the public page and the waitlist form only. It never receives your API keys or any worker secrets. See also our Terms of Service.
